First of the Saturday Walking Tours draw more than 500

More than 500 people participated in the first of the June Saturday Walking Tours being offered in 30 cities across Alabama. Each tour attracted an average of 17 participants. Tops in attendance were the Birmingham Civil Rights district tour with 46, Athens with 43, Tuscumbia with 41, Guntersville with 40, and Huntsville and Fairhope both with 35.
