Gala raises $75,000 for Auburn's hotel and restaurant program

The annual hospitality gala held last week at the Hotel at Auburn University and Dixon Conference Center raised a record $75,000 to benefit Auburn University's Hotel and Restaurant Management Program. The hospitality gala also served to introduce Andrew Litherland as the new executive chef of the Hotel at Auburn University. Litherland is a native of New Zealand and has worked within The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Osaka, Dubai, Ranch Mirage, Key Biscayne, Orlando, and most recently Buckhead in Atlanta.
