2012 AHC Historic Preservation Grant Opportunities

The Alabama Historical Commission (AHC) will administer an $800,000 state-funded Historic Preservation Grant Program in FY 2012 (October 1, 2011 - September 30, 2012), to promote historic preservation and economic development. Five categories of work are identified for grant consideration and funding: Operations, Work on Historic Buildings, Work on Historic Cemeteries, Archaeology, and Historic Building Survey. The AHC will award grants in amounts not exceeding $25,000.
